Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: All EU countries, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Great Britain, Turkey, Norway, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Albania, North Macedonia, Serbia.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany): Shipping costs depend on weight. For example:
Up to 1 kg: € 5.- | up to 22 kg: € 9.- | up to 35 kg: € 18.- | plus VAT.
From approx. 21kg, another package will be shipped with a new shipping calculation.
The exact prices are displayed in the shop and in the shopping cart.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of € 15.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding), we charge as follows:
per pallet:
approx. € 80 to € 5,000 depending on the goods ordered

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

International deliveries: Shipping costs depend on weight. Automatic display in the shop and in the shopping cart.

For the shipment of bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad, we charge as follows:
Pallets and bulky goods are shipped by freight forwarder. Pallet from € 80 to € 5,000.

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
